Steering acting weird

SInce iv put 15" alloys on my car my steerings started acting weird sometimes the steerings fine whilst other times it when im driving the steering wheel just starts shaking madly!
ANyone now what the problem is ? and what i can do to fix it?

SOunds like they need ballancing.
ANy tyre place can do ti should only be a few quid a wheel.
One or smore of the weight will have falledn of and the tyres isn't now ballanced.

thats what i was thinking it was!
The other thing is since iv gone up from 13" to 15" the steering seems to have gotten heavier is this normal?
