steering(frozen)

Anybody else had this,on the cold(baltic) mornings it seems the steering is frozen (feeling heavy) until it warms up then alls well,:S

yeah, stearings frozen, handbrake gets stuck on. its great.......not lol

My steering wheel just squeaks, quite annoying tbh.
