steering rack limiter???

has anyone had/got or seen a rack limiter for 172? trying to stop destroying cv joints

There's no issue with the racks.

Unless you're doing full bore starts on full lock then I don't think thats the issue. Driveshafts fairly reguarly last more than 100k

the problem is the cv joints cant take full lock and loads if power made 2 x 7mm rack stoped now only have 2,5 turns lock to lock instead of 3

But why do you want loads of power when on full lock?

The CV Joints can take full lock no problems.

I don't see the problem tbh but just machine up bigger bumps stops for the rack if you really want less turns.

did and that cured that also found the rack had not been tracked properly it had more left lock than right?
sold the car now back on with the megane coupe putting 182 lump and sadev in it!
