Steering Rack

Can anyone help? I think the steering rack on my Williams is on its way out - but because this car is still relatively new to me Im not sure what the tell tale signs are...

Anyone help with this? When i put any kind of lock-on and move away slowly (parking for example) i get a judder through the steering and a noise Its not the CV boot either - i checked

I think youll find that to be the power steering acting up. Mine does that all the time especially whilst cold. I also think Im getting noise from the strut top as well. It sure doesnt sound nice but everything seems in order.
