steering vibration

hi guys fitted new discs and pads the otehr day and went down the motorway today and my steering wheel vibrates when going around 80mph, dint used to do that, possible wheel balancing??

mating face of disc to hub has to be immaculately clean and free of dirt. Even a gain of sand can knock the run out enough to cause vibration that is quite severe.
