Do all/most new CD/MP3 Car Radios come with steering wheel command compatibility?

Most of the non cheapo ones do though not all.

you can easily get the adaptors from somewhere like www.caraudiodirect.co.uk if the one you have doesn't come with them

might sound stupid here but how do you know if yours does? I have a Pioneer DEH-P75BTand trying to figure out if i can get this setup with my steering controls.

i have the p65bt and got a adapter from mt audio off here, pretty simple to fit and works brilliantly

ok cool, i dont have a clue what to get on that website, i think ill go to halfords and ask them since i know the head unit has the capability. Thanks

I would pm mtaudio if I were you, I don't think halfords deal with pioneer anymore so you won't get the parts from them
