Steering wheel mounted controls, window switches - Illumination

  Renautsport 200
Hi guys, I am new here and have a simple question - recently my RS 200 (MY2011) battery died and my bright dealer tried to boost it, in the process they managed to blow something and I ended up with no interior lights, i.e. courtesy lights. They replaced the battery and fixed the courtesy lights, but i am 100% certain that the steering wheel mounted cruise control/speed limiter controls, electric window switches and the electric door mirror controls used to be illuminated before this incident. My good dealer tells me, after he checked on 3 other 'renaults' in the workshop, that I am mistaken. This is the same dealer, who on 3 servicing visits, managed to check and record the condition and pressure of my spare wheel, even thought the spare wheel is in my garage, so as you can imagine I have zero faith in these people.
Can any owner of a 2011 RS 200 please confirm if these controls are illuminated, if so do they light up when the main lights are turned on?
If i do have a problem does anyone know which circuit they are on, or what the problem maybe?
By the way I have personally checked all the fuses and all are good.

Thanks in advance for your help.
