Steering wheel question?

  Turbo Beige
Im trying to change the wheel in my 182 and am struggling to get the cover off, where abouts are the clips and is there an easy way to get it off?

They're on the back of the wheel on the spokes. All you need is a flat blade screwdriver to ease them off. Make sure you disconnect the battery 1st though.

If you found that pic then you must have found my guide>?

Mine did the same so I just covered up the cavity where the leds go in the binnacle - guide is also found in my website.

Sorry, forgot to say i had used your pic. The guide was very useful once i had read it properly!!!!

I also have the traction control light on all the time, don't know why, surely that has nothing to do with the controls on the wheel?

YOu can try and put the resistors directly into the large connector which sits sirectly in the cowling.... I tried and still didnt work.

Best bet is to cover the recesses in the cowling.

Traction control light will be due to the sensor behind the wheel.... as stated Renault will sort it.
