Unfortunately can't name any other names but there must be dozens of car upholstery companies in UK. Pick up the yellow pages and do a search. I recommend going to the best one you can find. Steering wheel upholstery is never going to be cheap as it is a quite laborous and demanding job to do, so you might as well invest a few extra quids to do it well. Search for companies that do expensive custom show car interiors and ask for a quote.
I got a quote from one of my local specialists, and it was in the £220+ ballpark. But I'm propably going to have to pay more than that because I've recently gotten some fancy ideas about my thumbgrips.
