Steering wheel squid

Am I right in saying the steering wheel squib is the black disc behind the steering wheel with the clear window on it?

Having problems with my traction control and service light if I move in slightly, and the indicators don't self cancel.

I've got a momo wheel on and it was fine the first time I had it on, this is the second time I've put it on and having this problem

the bit with the window is the angle sensor, that clips on to the big bit behind it and that's the squib.
