Sticking brakes

Are 16v rear calipers the same as rsi ones? i only ask as one of mine is sticking and i know where the is a valver i can pinch some off. But knowing my luck they will prob have been taken so does anyone have a set? how much? thanks graeme

which bits sticking the slider or the piston, either way its fairly easy to free them up

i think its the piston mate i did notice when i changed the pads recently that the rubber gator that goes around the piston was missing

you should be able to get a service kit for it. its a fairly simple job if you know your way around and as long as the piston and bore are not damaged/pitted

would a spray with wd do for now to free it up?

try it, a bit of emery cloth wont go amiss either. better to remove the piston and clean it on a wire wheel tho
