still misfiring

my clio is still misfiring i have had a full service including spark plugs, new coil pack new ht leads which i did today and it ran perfect until i went out in it tonight then it went again and started misfiring again anybody now anything else it could be :/

thats exactly what mines doing it goes off and on but only flashes cheers jesus

ill take it to my local garage tomorrow who work with clios and try and get it sorted

+1, its so easy to do provided you have a long socket of the right size to get the fuel rail guard off (2 nuts).

You just unplug each unjector until one of them makes no difference to the running. That's your failed injector. £30 part and all of 10mins to swap out.

all the injectors have been changed this morning but its still misfiring im having 2 new lambda censors put on with my new exhaust on friday, i have also spoken to a lad a renault and he was saying it could be the valves :/

why?! you only needed to check them and replace the faulty ones, not replace the lot! lol.

If you done all that, Only thing I can think of off the top of my head would be water/moisture in the engine?
You cleaned the engine bay or something recently?

ive been down to him we plugged it in and no faults came back, he also took my spark plugs out to have a look and sorted them out and it fan fine the day later i changed the ht leads and coil pack and was perfect, but i went on me again :S im popping back there on saturday now to get my exhaust and new cat fitted, ill ask him if he can propper look over it

Were the plugs put back on in the right order? If they are not will not fire properly try swapping them around and see if it changes. The two at the front have been mixed up before on other cars ive had done.

I wouldn't let them check the air in my tires let alone anything related to a Clio misfiring!

Yep. Busier than ever.

I trust Ryan to work on my car. He might look like a mong, but I've never had an issue with fitment of parts/timing etc

ive heard mixed reviews from there tbh, ut its only down the road for me, mine is starting to really smell like petrol now aswell which is worring me

If you've changed your injectors, 02 & lambda sensor then it could be your carbon canister.

Mine was missing with the EML light flashing on/off. Changed 2 injectors and my canister and all is fine now. If your smelling fueling check all connections are ok etc.
