Still Twitchy

  Clio v6

Just reading Top Gears comments on the new Clio V6.

"The Renault Clio. A chic but cheap hatch with a good safety record and low running costs, right? Not this one...

The latest generation Clio V6 is a true blokes car - take one sensible hatchback, remove all the creatures comforts and stuff it full of engine. Its a £27,000, 155mph supercar and,

"true to form, itll bite you hard if you abuse it".

I thought this so called twitchness was sorted?

remove all the creatures comforts ? you mean the back seats?

supercar ??

Oh and since when have "Blokes" ever been true ?

  Renault Laguna Coupe

Looked pretty twitchy on the TV on Sunday when the Stig stuffed it into the weeds in the pouring rain. I doubt this would be a big issue for us mere mortals though.

I really think that expecting a mid-engine pocket-rocket to handle like your average FWD hot-hatch is expecting a bit much.

I think it looked twichy on the limit/track. For road use i dont think/hope you would be driving it on the limit everywhere!
