Stock CD Changer to Alpine Head Unit?

Hi everyone,

Just bought an Alpine CDE-102Ri head unit and was wondering if i can connect it to the stock Renault/Alpine CD changer under the passenger seat in my 2005 182?

Seeing as they're both Alpine I figure there must be a cable adaptor I can buy.
