stock Induction pipe broken

I have a 1.2 8v clio and my stock induction pipe keeps disconnecting from where the air filter is because the hose clip has gone. I have already ordered another stock induction pipe but I was wondering if it is okay to still use my car without it on for a few days, the air filter is still on my car just makes a louder noise when accelerating off.

as long as the filter is there its ok to use for now
