Stop and Brake lights on..????..not fluid level

Was driving to work last night and my brake and stop light flashed on for a few seconds, then driving home from work and thet are on constantly now. I have checked the fluid level and it was fine, have also checked the plunger thing on the cap and that moves ok to..??? anyone have any ideas..

check your brake pads they could be very low

Checked the pads and they are all ok, no leaks either, the abs light is on now as well, tried to reset it with his OBDII but it not showing any fault codes..???:banghead:
