I decided to go for a wander down the depths of Birmingham yesterday as we have had such a long dry spell, it was perfect conditions for a photo shoot.

I made a video with my GoPro, the pictures are underneath.

Some brilliant pictures there and a good GoPro vid.

Do you like all urban exploration or was this a first?

Sam!

Liked the video, can i ask.. when you do the exploration of these buildings/places

Like when you hopped over the wall, is that legal as long as you dont have to break anything to gain entry?.

I have it in my head that aslong as there is a window or door open to an old place you want to explore its erm... ok? My understanding is very vague.

Because id love to do some "28days" themed exploring with the camera.

no, I have been doing this kind of thing since 2006, check my website: www.photoaddiction.co.uk

@guysy, That is what I think, if there is a gap in a fence or a door open, then it should be okay. However there are many bylaws that can catch you out and you can equally be arrested for 'being in an enclosed space', or even burglary until they have found out that you are innocent.

Taking anything deemed to be a tool can also be going equipped.

You just have to be a ninja and not get caught!

^ Could argue you used a tripod as a battering ram? :clown:

Seriously EPIC photos though, and admire the "risk" of exploration in your style of projects :)
