STORM GREY RS200 - Wallingford Bypass

Saw this tasty 200, storm grey pootling along the wallingford bypass this morning, about 0825.
nasty road now they've covered it in gravel...

I waved but I wasn't seen - Sadface.

That would have been me sir. that road is terrible now they have resurfaced. they really need to sort out the road all the way back into Didcot.
i noticed you last second and did throw a quick hand up!
