When replacing the standard head unit for any other aftermaket brand, is it a straight swap, or do you need an auto audio electrician to cut off connectors an rewire things to suit?
the aftermarket headunit guides are pretty easy and it usually tells u which wires to cut etc, but id suggest a professional if uve never done it before!
Most (if not all) new head units use a standard ISO connection and you should be able to get a wiring adaptor to change it from the cars connector to ISO - then it is a simple case of just plugging it in.
