Strange Arch Scratches...stone chips? any ideas?

Hi all,

Washed the car myself for the first time today since buying it and noticed some strange scratches/marks on the lower rear bumper and the front arch...can anyone tell me what causes this? are they stone chips/scratches or something different?

Can anyone get that stone chip tape in the same colour as my car? or don't they make it in Renault colours?

Pics above on drivers side arch and rear bumper. Some on the other side but not as bad.

Looks like it would flat and polish to me, therevjust general scratches
