Strange engine noise - please help :)

Noticed a tapping noise whilst doing the wheel pressures today. Was initially coming from the driver side arch, then when I opened the bonnet it seemed to be more to the left side of the engine block. Had a look at the cam belt (has been recently changed) and all seemed well... (engine was running when I was doing the tyre pressures btw)

Have also noticed in the past day that I can feel the engine a bit rougher through the pedal. Bit hard to explain but a "gritty" feel.

Vids attached, not sure if the noise is normal? I've got a 150mile trip tommoz so not 100% if I should keep the car driving if there is a problem.

Car has recently had an oil change too, has been perfect till now.

As per text, If it is related to the aux belt, I can either chat to the people who fitted it, or just take it on the chin and get you to fix it.
