strange noise yet again

Another strange noise has developed from the front of my 1.4 99 clio

Just had the cat replaced after 15k rattling like f**k but now when i have to boot the car away from a junction/lights etc i get a strange creaking sound bit hard to describe anyone any ideas what this could be ? any help appreciated.

Could just be the exhaust moving in the rubber mounts slightly? Or the clamps moving slightly?

Could always hang your head out the door and under the car as you pull away...
