Strange problem (I think)

Hi everyone, find myself in a bit of a pickle at the moment. I fitted a new air filter onto the 1.2 16v we have and I noticed a small problem (I think). I asked the other half to give the engine a bit of a rev (no idea why, just wanted to listen out for any problems) and noticed that the air did not sound like it was being sucked in from the air box at all.
Even with my hand over the pipe I could not feel any suction! It sounds like the air is being sucked in from the back of the engine, possibly where the ECU is? If anyone could shine any light onto this I would appreciate it! Thanks:race:

If it sounds like a sucking sound then mine used to do this as well with the standard airbox on, I'm pretty sure it's normal

Was yours coming from the back of the engine? Thanks

Yep down next to the ECU the throttle body is around there too so I wouldn't worry about it
