strange thing going on with my steering

:S this is a bit weird. if i am going down the road in a strait line and the steering wheel is strait then i take a sharpish left turn. when i get back on a strait, my steeing wheel is still as if i am turning left. but the same happens if turning right too:S. what the hell would that be:dead:

Do you mean the steering wheel is still turned to the left/right but the wheels are straight?

Bolt holding the steering wheel not tight enough ?

It's the nut holding the steering wheel that's the main problem.

Have you checked to see if the rack is secured?

found out what it was. under the car, there is 2 bolts that go into the subframe that are to do with the steering rack and one of them was just about to fall out so i tighted it back up and that solved the problem. cheers anyway guys
