Strange...

Just wondering if anybody has an idea what this may be??

I have a strange humming noise coming from the interior light area (inside roof of the car) on my 182. It comes on when the ignition is on...

Anyone had this or know what it could be?

its something to do with the aircon, mine does it, i quite like the noise! LOL

Lol, can it be stopped or will that involve a costly trip to Renault!?

Its the air sampling fan near the interior light, cheap to replace.

Ahh, thats a result then, is that the exact name for it? Also, will I have to go to Renault to get one? Thanks

Renault will know what it is, they cost about a tenner apparently, you can give them a quick clean and lube if you want to try that.

Its just an accumulation of dust on the blades that puts it out of balance and makes it buzz.
