I'm using Vista (yeah, I know!) and i've just reset my PC back to factory settings. I've done the updates and everything seems to be working well. I've posted a pic of my internet speed and it works perfectly well for Youtube and other sites.
My problem is that when I stream boxing or football there seems to be a buffering issue. There is no pattern to it, as it can be good with or without a vpn running, or poor with or without a vpn running. Sometimes its perfect, sometimes I just give up. I usually use drakulastream.eu but have also tried other sites too. There really is never a time when it behaves the same as a previous time.
So what's the problem?
