Stretched euro tyres

want to get my tyres streched on my rims...

are these just normal tyres smaller width then the alloy or some specialist ones

got 195's whats the smallest size to fit on to them for extreme look??

they are just thinner tyres on wide rims, not sure what they are like to drive on though...

Depends how far you go, if you do get them then you have to be careful not to nip the sidewall on potholes
