Struggling at top end! ?

my car used to pull all the way to 140,

i recently got team dynamic pro race 1.2 alloys (with budget tyres)

and decided the otherday on way back down the motorway ile see how it still goes

it struggled, didnt reach 140, and felt very unsturdy?


could this be because of the new wheels? (they have all been balanced)

or the budgets maybe?
