strut top mount supposed to turn ???????

its a bit of a stupid question but dose my strut top mounts supposed to turn when i turn the steering wheel is turned ?????:S

Yes mate, they do turn, or as Fred said, you wouldn't go round corners.

that's grate thanks its just when I'm braking my steering wheel turns but the car don't turn as much and when i accelerate the steering whips back to straight
