As title, the end spark plug seems to be stuck because the piece of rubber on the end of the coil lead/stick has come of and got stuck around the spark plug which then seems to have melted, deep hole so its hard to tell, any ideas on how I can get the plug and rubber out?

You hopefully have a deep 14mm socket to hand. If so just gently keep tapping it over the plug with a hammer until you get purchase on the hex. Smash it like Chuck Norris and you're fucked so, and I emphasise this point, go easy!

Get some WD40 or similar round the plugs & engine block to pentrate the thread. Warm the engine up then do as above. Metal expands when it's hot & is less brittle. Go very easy or you'll be in deep Sh1t.

Do not do this ^^^ they shall just get cooked into the block,and when you do manage undo them all the crusty bits drop into the block and sit on your pistons!!
Which in turn causes scoring and a fubared Cat when it gets all those nice copper bits stuck in it
