stuck throttle!

When driving on 2k-3k rpm when i leave the pedal it wont go down to the 700 as it should be.

i already cleaned and oiled throttle body and spring but it wont stop...

whats wrong?

You haven't got fbw, that's your problem.

All though the PhOld owners always remind us of how good the cable throttle is..... :quiet:

Seriously though, could be a problem with the ICV, I'm sure I've seen a few threads related to it.

the cable looks fine, from my point it seems the sping isnt stong enough and doesnt take the throttle wheel to the end.

and whats ISCV?
