Stuck with RSTuner and Windows 7

anSo i purchased an RSTuner running firmware 1.85, when i plug it into my laptop it doesn't insatall the driver. The laptop is running windows 7.
Really stuck on what to do. Anyone know how to solve this? Cheers

Have you downloaded and installed the software from Fastchip.nl?

My RSTuner worked fine on W7.
