Stupid Excel Question...

Rob

Hi, I've got some data and I'm trying to sort it in ascending order, however, the data is across a row, not down a column.

I'm just trying to use "sort" at the top of the page, (or when right clicking) but it only seems to want to work for columns of data, and because what I've selected is only one row deep, it keeps asking me to select more data...

I can't seem to find what I'm looking for on google either.

Apologies in advance if I'm a 'tard.

on office 2007, you click sort and filter, select options and select "left to right".

Highlight area, right click, sort, custom sort

Options, highlight left to right, press ok.

Select row in question, press ok.
