Stupid newbie question...

.....But I keep seeing "RB 182" around the forums and I'm stumped if I can figure out what it means... Obviously a 182 Clio but what is the "RB" part all about?

Anyone care to enlighten me?

Oddly I've never actually seen Arctic Blue referred to as AB.
