Sub advice



Forget the 6x9's as they will work against your sub. If you want speakers for the rear go for round ones. Theres loads on here about 6x9's & none rates them at all.

As for the sub, i'm not sure on Pioneer, i'd go with a vibe one tbh as they are great.

dont go for 6x9s as cat said they wont sound great. get some decent comps. as for the sub ive never had a pioneer one but ive had a alpine one and that was good. depends how much you want to spend really
 
il second alpine.. ive got one in at the moment built into the spare wheel well, sounds great even in that tiny space

I have amped orion comps in the front and back and they sound great

think i might keep the sub i have i just have 1 problem tho when the stereo is on loud the lights will dim alot will a power cap help this ? and are they easy to wire in

don't get a power cap they will only make it worse

if anything upgrade your main earth from the batt to the chassis and get a better batt

I just sold two DLS MW12s for £80 mate (they were £500 new!!) would have done you a great job.

As above get a better battery -if not a second one.
Better earth and maybe upgrade the alternator would help.

I have a 2nd battery but I think it puts the alternator under a bit of strain sometimes.
Never had a problem though, even before the battery. Was added when I changed my system
