subwoofer grilles

guys, not looking for the norm here, nothing perspex or boring,

looking for something funky that sticks out quite a way, as the sub has some pretty hefty xmax, so plenty of clearence needed!

any ideas? 12" by the way.

Have you thought about a custom cover? Maybe something like you see in perspex, but in metal. Take a square of material and cut a pattern out of the centre, maybe the brand logo, car logo or something. Just a thought

thought about 2 nice machined tube pieces of metal (bit difficult to explain) but fixing it to the box would be a problem!
