Well not bad but the problem is it is a 1000w sub and only a 400w amp. You are not going to give it enough power to sound great. To get good potential out of a sub you need at least half so for that size sub you need at least a 500w amp. If not you may wreck the sub by under powering it.

How much you looking to spend for a good sub & amp?

well it's a 250w sub and a 240w amp so thats not too bad
