Was definitely not using my handheld mobile phone whilst driving. I would of been cranking the choons up

Hands free kits are fine, no different to having a conversation with a passenger,
it's having one hand on the wheel and your peripheral vision being non existent on one side that's illegal.

Yeah as long as your not trying to type a text out whilst its in the cradle it's fine.

I've got hands free Bluetooth built into my head unit.

lol once you pair the phone it does it all for you. Mine just connects automatically when I get on the car.
