took me car 4 its MOT on friday an they told me that there now illegal an so it had 2 come off. how long that law been about + anyone even know about it

i thought as long as it didnt obscure your vision and the wiper blades didnt travel across it then they didnt mind

Iv heard that they can only be a certain size but im not sure how big that is unless the law has changed?

dunno, me wipers did cross it but the inside 1s did go lower than it, but still had take it off 4 the MOT

My wipers crosses mine, MOT didnt even mention it last November..

Maybe if the MOT told me to take it off itd make me decide - I sometimes think about getting rid of mine, but loads of people say it looks ok.. heh.

i fit em and they are illegal if they go lower than your inside visors or touch the wipers, so we were told by a MOT chappy
