  Suzuki Ignis
Woke up way to early this morning for some reason  so thought id get out and get some sunrise pictures which ive wanted to do for a while.

Got loads but these are the best ones. No manipulation at all btw.

Any tips or advise on how to better them would be great.

Cracking pictures mate, best part of the day imo, although I only get to see it maybe 3 times a year lol. Yes I am a lazy sod!

That does it - I need a D-SLR!

Been talking about getting one for ages as I've managed some decent shots with my cheapo 4.0MP digi camera, but those photos are just in another league. Cracking pics mate.

Plus IMO sunrise is almost always more spectacular than sunset, although I managed this pic last year of sunset over the River Forth.

Alright Matt, nice work, I have a Canon 400D.
Have you converted the them into JPeg? They look bitty.

Ally if that car wasnt in the way that would have been a fab pic :p

Its not the camera that take a great pic ;) Takes practice though, i only got one because in doing a photography degree next year plus i could afford it when i got it, £400 well spent though. This is only 6.1MP and ive had some pretty good result from my 3MP camera aswell.

Good effort on you pic though, great colours in the sky!

Yeah they are Jpeg's, always seem to get alot of noise in darker areas for some reason not matter what setting i have it on, any ideas?

 I do try! I'm getting quite keen on taking pics but never seem to have any decent ones from car trips as I still prefer driving (although I'm probably better at the photography than that lol).

Here's a similar pic but without the car (if you ignore the reflections in the foreground off the car roof...). Got loads of pics I took out in Australia in December of Ayers Rock at suset and surise - it's hard not to take a great pic out there. Not got any uploaded though yet.

£400's not too much to spend on a camera IMO considering I spent half that on my compact digital camera about 5 years ago.
