If your looking down at the engine, then its on the right side near the bottom.
It's just a little connector, unsure how to explain it properly. You'll most likely know it when you see it.
Taken from http://www.motuk.co.uk/manual_830.htmSun visors
Sunvisors fitted to the driver's side, which cannot be stowed in the 'offscreen' position and which drop down obstructing the view through the swept area of the windscreen are a reason for rejection. A similar defect on the passenger side sunvisor is not a reason for rejection.

No worries, may be worth asking your MOT place 1st as they may let it slip. The place where my ex used to get hers done would pass her sunstrip everytime but also issue a fail sheet at the same time just to cover themselves. That way officially it looks like it failed 1st time but passed on a re test. Just without the hassel of actually having to remove, then re test then re apply strip.
