There's one screw in the things that are attached to the roof. Unsrew them and pull the part closest to the rear of the car down, so it levers. They're really easy to take out as I've done it a few times

so where abouts is the screw at the front or back?

Once you unclip the sunvisor from the holder, you'll be able to see the screw easier. They're torx screws though, so a normal screwdriver won't fit.

what about the interior light do you just pull that down?

yes, says how to in the manual cos its the only way to change the bulb. Go out and look, its common snese how to when you see it.
