I can see what you're saying Joe, if it were me though I'd spend the 10 grand on the house! I could build a nice garage / workshop for that (and get it back on resale) but I think the enjoyment he gets from driving the clio is probably worth more than whatever fun he'd get from buying himself an audi rs, besides an audi rs is just any other car on the road, vee's are pretty rare anyway so that box and the turbo makes Mike's clio even more special.
