Got no experience of them mate, but you can't go wrong with Giganews or Astraweb if you're looking for an a decent Usenet provider.
I went from Giganews to Astraweb because it's cheaper, and I haven't found the download speeds to be any worse. If you want a couple of dollars a month off the price of an Astraweb account, go to www.merlins-portal.net and click on the of the Astraweb banners to sign up rather than going straight to the website.
