Hi where is the best place/cheapest to get the valves.also best place north west,cumbria area to get head ported?

I don't see how they can be selling them for £304 delivered for the SS intake and Inconel exhaust. If they can then I'd be just as well buying them in from them and not direct from supertech!

It's true, I ordered a set last month for my engine build.. £305 delivered.

We pay about £250 shipped i think, plus you get import on there which is usually £11 and VAT but thats claimed back. That would make them more than £304 already.

Roland Alsop are the UK Supplier for Supertech I believe.

I spoke with Supertech america last year and then I just thought they must have a UK distributer and sure enough Alsop's are. When I first spoke to them they quoted me £245 including vat delivered but since I mentioned it on here and more people have ordered the price has gone up it seems

It's the shipping that kills it from the states so it's probably better to buy them in from there, just means there's absolutley no point in selling these retail as there's no margin at all!

The £245 price was for S/S inlet and S/S exhaust, which are the older spec of valves (they didn't realise the part no. and price had changed).

The £304 price is with the nitride coated exhaust valves.

When I ordered from Alsops they had boxes of the F4R valves in stock!

I was thinking about importing some via a "present" from a mate over in the state's. But from a quick look they work out as £220ish without postage to my friend or then on to me so £300 sounds pretty good

not selling them for that again before you ask! that was for 5sets and i had 2 sets "spare" so flogged at cost to shift

It came in at about 300 a set when I was buying 2-3 sets at a time from the states, so you may as well just buy from Alsop.

although the delivery is only about 3 from the states, quite impressive I thought, one time I was ordering them I placed the order at 2am tuesday morning and had them on thursday!
