yes apex do drop by 40mm they give a good stance but the ride is ruined as the result

Have a search, covered many times. General consensus, worse than eibach but a country mile, then those that do own them it splits opinions as to if they are too hard or bearable.

and i would put apex at the bottom of the pile put it that way

i had a set of apex 60mm on my 1.2 clio and i was fine with that

go and buy them and regret it. honestly leve it as it is or go sportlines, the shocks arn't a match for the apex springs.

I wouldn't bother. I thought they were awful. They came fitted on mine. They sit well and thats all they do.

i think people buy the springs as a 'cheap' lowz so people aren't going to go buy new shocks too. i said above they arn't a match for the current shocks. which is why sportlines are an improved spring for the oem set up.

I am sure on different shocks they would be different.

No. I'm not poor.

By the time you fit them and some decent shocks, you're into coil over money.

I'd never fit after market springs and oem shocks. It's a pointless exercise.
They weren't designed to work together.

Unless I wanted cheap lows. But if you want cheap lows, you're not in a position to moan about handling.

Yea unless you live somewhere with no bumps, potholes etc etc. will be a bit firm.
