About 85mm. 75mm at the front. We/A few of us on cliosport got a group buy from k-tec for 433£ iirc. There spot on, fantasic ride and very trackworthy.

I wudnt go lower than 40mm personally because I use my car for practical reasons too! Id love it to be as low as Mr Motorsports but I know that it would be litterally on the floor!

Get coilovers if u can be bothered/afford them. but ive got spax £250 kit and its good enough for most roads (but sometimes when the steering goes all spongy and wobbly at the limit i wished id folked out the extra £200!
