Suspension change torque values

Changing springs on a Mk2 Ph1 later this evening.

I need to know what the torque figures for:
- Rear lower shock bolt
- Front strut lower bolts
- Front top mount

top mount "nipped" until you feel resistance from the spring
lower fronts are 140nm IIRC
rear lower QFT
