Suspension for 172

Hi,

I want to replace my 172 suspension. The suspension now is the stock 172 and it is on the car since...2002. I am driving around 12k miles a year. I go on a track day 2 or 3 times a year.
I've read a lot of topica on the bilstein b14 but also some others on eibach springs.
I will not spend more than a b14.
I would like to know what would be a decent setup for my need.
A cheap alternative I found is
Cup dampers with Sportilnes.

Thanks,
Radu

Mine on cup dampers with sportlines handles great, however it sits too high at the back and looks a bit crap imo.

I don't track the car so can't comment on how it handles on track.

Cup dampers with Cooksport springs is the best budget setup, I know loads of people that use them on track, i'm on Cups with Prolines but i'll be changing to Cooksports over winter.
