suspension low on one side?

I'm running H+R coilovers and just put the compbrake top mounts on. Ive just noticed my front offside is now about a cm lower than the other side and the wheel has started rubbing.

Is this likely to be caused by slightly different seating of the top mounts? Or a bust shock?

How much is it to get shocks refurbed by H+R?

Any input greatly appreciated!

check the coilover hasn't let the spring go a bit further down the body.
